A viral video featuring adult film actor Tina Nandy has sparked significant controversy. The nearly five-minute clip, shared on social media, shows Nandy recounting her experience during a visit to the Circuit House on December 1, 2025. In the video, she mentions being driven to the facility in a luxury Audi arranged by a company executive.
In her remarks, she suggests that only high-ranking officials are permitted to stay at the Circuit House and hints at receiving preferential treatment. Furthermore, she claims to have had scheduled meetings with a superintendent of police and his son, which raises concerns since accommodations at the Circuit House are strictly for senior government officials, ministers, and authorized dignitaries.
In response to the video, Rourkela Police initiated a preliminary inquiry to ascertain who authorized the room booking and whether any procedural violations occurred.
